UK Lean Construction Study Tour to N California 12-16 Oct 09

I am planning a study tour to visit Lean Construction projects in N California 12-16 October.

The intention is to:
• meet with owners/clients, designers, constructors and their trade partners,
• talk about their lean transformation process and how it is changing their design, construction and civils work,
(this will include their collaboration tools, BIM, etc.)
• discuss the relationship between lean and green and
• visit a range of project types at different stages of design and construction.
